Vincent established Quality Moving Services in 1989, setting the standard for professional relocation services for over 34 years. He is a past Chairman of the Central Regional Advisory Committee for the Carolina Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council, is President of the William Tucker 1624 Society, and is the current Chairperson for the Board of Directors for the Central Virginia Better Business Bureau.

With over 28 years of experience in customer service, marketing and operations, sixteen years of which have been concentrated almost solely on move management, Kandi guarantees that all departments of Quality are covered. As a 2017 University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business MBE Executive Management Program graduate and a facilitator of small business management resources, her focus is on fine tuning Quality's day to day operations and continuing their tradition of excellent customer service.
